The reason Savior scouted counter-clockwise (for those who like to learn strategy) is because he was semi-rushing with his build, and had FBH been at that location, it would have been the quickest scout. It either finds FBH, or rules out one of the spawns. Furthermore, with the placement of the min. patches he can actually get the scout on that location, then pull his overlord back without it being seen by the Terran. The 6/9 positions and the 12/3 positions are the preferred scouts.
