Take the Lead! Groundbreaking Women in Construction

I'm making a guess here and am going to say lot's of women are getting those positions because they are serving to a small group of elitist's males so technically women are taking the jobs but men still control the the job industries. It's good for the women of course but not for the men except for the few in the industry. Those few must be in pussy paradise and the few men want it to stay that way until there death. Can someone tell me what's really going on.

Why don't you add to your video that on most public jobs they REQUIRE by law 40% Minority and Woman owned businees's.. Wait, that wouldn't make your statistics look that great then would it.
