  • thanks for posting this. i no longer need to run in the morning to sweat. i actually sweat more when doing this workout. it is fun because i happen to be lover of dancing and music.

    i dont have much time to lose weight(big event coming up) but i really want to improve my looks, im 17 139 lbs(sadly) i want to get down to about at least 130-135 and then less. will this help?

  • @dontlook4lovejustw8 This will definitely help you, especially if you have good eating habits. I started belly dancing when I was 14, I weighed 173 and I got down to 155. How tall are you? 139 doesn't seem that bad (not to me anyway).

  • moves are good but don't care for the music.

  • with this, diet and other exercises, i lose 2 pounds a day!

  • @utube636 any workout along with an adequate healthy eating plan, will help your body shed those extra pounds, if given enough time, that is yes it will help you but you won't do it in 1 week. Patience is the key! good luck!
