I can do this too quite effectively and cheaply, simply by cupping my mouth round my super delux Remington Electric Shaver, whilst pressing it to my teeth and making a "Yoy Yoy" motion by manipulating my tongue.

I believe you get this sound from Osc 3 modulating the filter at medium resonance. Osc 3 wave here sounds like 2' triangle, but 4' square sounds more like throaty vocals.

too bad the Minimoog has no aftertouch control...it would be great to control the VCF freq just with your fingers, I can do it with my Virus TI, but even that beast is no match for a real minimogg ;)
