Insidious came out at the same time as this film! If you had a choice between seeing Insidious or Scream 4, I would choose Insidious HANDS DOWN! I love the Scream movies but it's the same concept and if your just a hardcore Scream fan and you want to see the same thing again then you should see Scream 4! If you want to see a Scarier, newer, more exciting film, then see Insidious!

Scream was the original; it was a different movie at the time and the best. Scream 2 was just as good, if not better, and Scream 3 wasn't almost as good in my opinion, even though it got negative reviews. I think Scream 4 is one of the best, I love it.

Honestly this movie is a pass. It's enjoyable and the ending has a twist you'd really never expect, but it's not that great of a movie. This installment is more of a parody than the other films. Even though I did not find it scary at all......i LOVED it.

Coming from a huge horror fan...and hating Scream 3...sorta liking Scream 2, and having plenty of nostalgia from Scream (1)...I actually really liked this.

It was clever...and no it wasnt filmed with any amazing shots or suspense...but it was written VERY well, and was still fun.

No stand out deaths, except one or two pretty BRUTAL ones.

So like i said, not scary but a lot of fun. a strong 7/10.
