The LeBaron family sponsored the Tommy Dorsey show; Tommy and his drummer, Louis Bellson, paid a visit to the LeBaron home at 33 Fair Street, Grand Rapids, Michigan; this was the high light of Johnny's high school career.
I like to think that this is a tribute to the LeBaron family-Johnny who was a terrific drummer and a good friend. I want to thank Art LeBaron for the many times he sponsored concerts in the South High School Auditorium; many thanks to their family.
this film was made at general service studios 1040 las palmas avenue, hollywood, i have a letter from the man singer and photos autographed by Stuart Foster who sang on CBS RADIO NETWORK. i taped last appearance of last "Galen Drake Show" and local wcbs radio shows with stuart with the CBS ORCHESTRA with alfred antonnini conducting heard locally. i even spoke to him on the telephone when he work for bvc (Fox music then). rated highest 11+. i have him on cd with ina rae hutton. and lpsdorseyt
