  • Isa!! still remember those days at Nasova when I was a young cop, early 80s when this Police Jazz newly formed, if I am correct only two of them remained in the FP today, two have passed away and the rest have left the force .. isa those were great days indeed!!!

  • There were a couple of guys and a trainee banndmaster from this band at The Royal Military School Of Music Kneller Hall when I was there in 1967/68.

    Anyone know them ?

  • @petronopulas . . re: trainee bandsmen. . . I understand Kneller Hall School of Music trained Military bandsmen, but the Band you saw in the Video were of the Fiji Police rather than the Military. Its possible though Police Bandsmen were trained there as well. I lived in London in 67/68 and its possible I might have met those guys as Fijian community was in the UK then was quite small and most were serving in the Military like myself.
