The reason this game is hard is because it's strict. If you fuck up, more likely than not, you're dead. And it's not the game's fault you fucked up, the game is fair, it's just completely unforgiving. I own this game and have beaten it on several characters on new game + and normally.

its graphics aren't the same as oblivion. oblivion went for hyoer realism (and failed miserably) fable went for an unrealistic cartoonish graphics, and it works fantastically.
the animation on fable is about 400 times smoother than oblivion.

all in all. oblivion was ambitious but failed misserably. fable wasn't overly ambitous and as a result was better

actually. it was boring. the first thing i did when i got out of the dungeon was run around as much of the world as i could, and i ran into some sort of guard in really beefed up armor on a horse. started a fight with him that took a ridiculouse amount of time and killed him and stole his armor. wasn't until a friend said i shouldnt have been able to kill him i laughed.

It's original, very very challenging (not for people who like to eat through games), good story line, good graphics, and time consuming :)

Fable 2 is shit, it has less graphics then Oblivion, more load time, bad spell system, and about 100x smaller than Oblivion in every way.

Metroid wasn't particularly difficult, the original Zelda wasn't difficult, Adventures of Link sucked, leaving only Contra in the category of difficult games out of this list.

I pre-ordered this baby, It looks like From Softwares coming back with all of their old dungeon crawlers. I've been a fan of these types of games for a long while. Its also not like Diablo... You idiots.

srsly, it isn't harder than diablo? because quite honestly that game wasn't hard to begin with. It's difficulty is too linear and tiered.

It seems that games are meant to entertain these days, not challenge like they used to back in the old days. Hell, Mario and Metroid hell...even pac-man, they still kick my ass. I'm going to enjoy this. No doubt.

Lol, well, then if u have beaten them then that means they are WAY too easy, lol...(iv played them and beaten them too, but they werent a challenge at all, diablo sucked)...but this game makes u restart after u die, so wat, it wants u to get passed it, find every way to get passed it, that is a true game.

great RPG game the only Rpg on ps3 that i can think of is Fallout 3,Heavenly Sword, Disgiea, Valkiraya Chronicles, and Eternal Sonata, ps3 needs more rpgs then shooters, i remember the ps2 days when a shit load of rpg was in it
