Battleground State Ohio: Voter Registration Problems?

With the repetitive voting irregularities, it would seem that the people in Ohio would get a clue and dump the clown that keep having the same problems. Maybe they need to go back to the 1700's and have a ballot written on a blank sheet of paper, with their verified signature and presented in person at the polling station by the voter. It would seem that none of the "modern" security measures work for buckeyes.
