Well, the LED's are already built in... If there's any modding to it, I think it could only be to mod the order the colors flash and for how long they display before dimming out... Or to add more colors of course. But the phone comes with red, green, blue, purplish-pink, and yellowish-orange colors I believe. I have one here that I've gotta replace the screen on so the colors I named are from memory and the last 2 could be wrong.
