  • If I am being searched and I am doing nothing wrong (nor have I ever done anything wrong), will being honest about any questions harm me in anyway?

  • it's not right to bear arms, it's the right to arm bears!

  • @ScopzLiFe D:

  • cops are usually not that intimidating looking

  • HEY YOU GET ON THE CAR, WERES THE DOPE HUH?????!! BITCH GIVE IT UP.

    Thank you for the cooperation.

    are you fucking kidding me

  • Coming out of a known drug spot huh, bend over and spread em

  • good luck finding a lawyer without big retainer

  • @mattslagle44 lmao

  • @mattslagle44 This is a free country still and how you dress shouldn't make you a target for the cops

  • RE: illegal searches

Knuckle head had nothing to say about what you can do about such police behavior

I was once detained by a cop for no reason and asked for ID. My ID was in my car at the repair shop. After a friend ID me, Ofc. Buck Futt said he was just messing with me. So before I left I said (HAVE A NICE DAY ASS HOLE) He knew he was in the wrong here.

  • The police did this stop and frisk illegally but w/o being able to stop and frisk they could be in danger and not even know it. I'm not saying anything bad about those who have commented on this video but most of the people I have personally spoken with that hate cops have criminal records and are basically just pissed that they got caught. The video is correct. This action by the police in this video wrong completely illegal, but legal stop and frisks are necessary to keep police safe.

  • @bballermikey thats not true. a police officer going out of his way to randomly search someone puts himself in more danger than if he didnt. cops do it because they suspect the person might have drugs, but its not legal. i was a sheriff explorer for 2 years, and police officers do not have to right to engage in a non consentual contact without a valid suspicion that the person has committed a crime. being at a certain location, talking a certain way, or wearing certain clothes not withstanding.

  • @mattslagle44 You missed the point entirely, they have no rights to just do what they did. Next time they can expect to be in a casket.

  • and also if I didn't do anything wrong..and I get scared silly.. and I start to run away from the cops... would they instantly arrest me??

  • Just a question I had while watching this... I'm 17 years old and go to school on Donald Street... and I see police officers at my school during the lunch hour or sometimes in the morning... what happens if one of them stops me one day and searches me? What do I do?? I have high anxiety problems.. and I have a fear of getting searched or arrested by the cops.

  • @butterflyforGod1 just keep clam if it happens. if you start to show anxiety and looking worried, the cop will become suspicious about you.

  • Typical......cops are all shitheads who just fuck with people for shits and giggles.

  • sweet bicep on the flex your rights arm

  • "low income community of color." He really means the Ghetto.

  • @adamotero0 lmao

  • I was searched in highschool once, they found a garage door opener. They asked if it was a bomb detonator, I said "no its a garage door opener." Beleive it or not they actually asked if I minded them testing it to make sure, pushed the button nothing happened, I thanked them for finding my door opener because I had lost it in my bag and they went on their way. Now what kind of officer would "test out" a remote under the suspicion it was a bomb detonator at a school!?!?!

  • When he asked "Where the dope at?" I would have been like...At yo house loool

  • @xBloodXGusherx At yooo moms house :), think thats better idk lol

  • the funny thing is i got a ad on the bottom of the screen saying 'become a police officer'

  • so do they need your consent to frisk you?

  • @handsandpand They do. You can say I dont consent to frisks and searches. Then if they continue you could sue the police department.

  • @Plan4life2

A lawsuit over an illegal frisking? That's fairly frivolous. You could also just file a complaint as the video makers suggest.

  • @tifforo1 Cop complaints are often ignored as frivolous.

  • @Plan4life2 RE Suing cops

Good luck on that idea. It's expensive and you could lose and no doubt the cop will remember you next time he sees you. Where Corruption Thrives, No Justice Survives.

  • Oh. Well yea that's what they did. Run right into my bookbag, cellphone, camera without my consent.

  • Are they allowed to check your cellphone and book bag like that without consent?

  • @MikeyCreation Nope, but they do whatever they want anyway. Where do you think they got their nickname from?

  • @MikeyCreation no take to to supreme court. HEADLINE O'MARION vs. LAPD (random arrangement in the all caps)

  • Wicked videos.. :D i like facts.

  • Pedophile pigs! Scream "rape"

  • I'll be damed...I would have went to jail...

  • @xBloodXGusherx not if you refuse the searches...

  • Terrible acting.
