  • Can you do this on CompositeLab Pro?

  • @sameersi95 You can do some of this effects in CompositeLab, but not all of it. Most of the grading and greenscreen stuff is fine, and the flaming hand should be possible too with good stock. The other effects require EffectsLab as well, or VisionLab Studio.

  • whats wrong with england but other wise funny

  • Great job! Very creative!

  • 2:48

    LOLOLOLOL

    Good effects, good comedy.

  • wow this is funny

  • how do you add sound to the Effects lab Pro Demo?

  • You don't. :) EffectsLab isn't a sound program, you should do your sound editing in your main editing program or a specialised sound program.

  • @fxhome how did you add font to it

  • "hey England, Suck my Cooooooo" XD

  • well done lads. very funny. boom boom lol

  • ahahha lol england suck my hahahhaa

  • "as soon as i find out who these assholes are, somebody's getting kicked in the nuts" hahahahahahahahaha

  • haha ya taii lol haha pissa

  • Wow, awesome video. Only one question: how did you make the glowing hands and the flames at 5:31?

  • That effect was created using FXhome VisionLab Studio. It was a mixture of grading (for the glowy hands) and stock footage (for the flames). The flames consisted of several pieces of stock footage, each chosen, positioned and animated to match the on-screen movements of the actor.

  • could u create a tutorial on how to do what you did

  • Lol Mint! im thinking of buying Effects lab Pro :P (cant afford VisionLab).. And i love your stuff.. nice one <3.. Im gona use the software for my A-level Media trailer if i can :)

  • could you make a tutorial or tell me from where you get this stock footage except from the fxhome website

  • All the stock footage there was created by No Control Cinema. FXhome also sells some NCC stock direct from our store.

  • Loved this - some terrific & very convincing acting (which you don't often get in amateur film stuff). I love all the clever effects, but for me the best bit is the town centre scene, at 2:10. Great acting & superb editing there. Well done.

  • Hay i really like heroes. come and check out my site and the ' hereos' films i've made. I subscribed to you...

  • was this filmed in Kingston-upon-thames? haha by the way its brilliiannntt

  • That was blummin' marvellous! Have 5 stars and a new subscriber

  • is this program as realistic as many people say? because I´m planning to study this effects program.

  • A program is only as realistic as its user. :) Our products give you the tools to create realistic effects, but a lot depends on user skill and the actual implementation. Even the most expensive and advanced tool can give bad results if not used properly. :)

  • I am enjoying my time with my newly purchased VisionLab Studio! Like you said, skill! Do a lot of trial and error, and you will be surprised at what you can achieve with this awesome software! I LOVE VISIONLAB! (I am thinking of sleeping with it!) Ha!

  • Whats with the wierd guy in the red sox hat?

  • This is so funny :)

  • i bought it but how do you save it

  • I am not sure what you mean

  • never mind i figured it out i made a new lightsaber video with it check it out its a great program i am glad i bought it

  • LOL!

  • This is awesome.. nice work!

  • i love this is this is so FUNNY

  • Nice, will there be a continue ?

  • What was the shining text effect is it a preset?

  • The shining text was done by the AoE guys, so I'm not sure what they used. It could be pretty easily done in VisionLab using the 'Gleam' filter, though.

  • It's a plugin for AFX- trapcode shine, with a few key frames and stuff.

  • This is brilliant

  • this go's to my favorites

  • "tits" hahaha that was hilarious.. i seriously think you guys should become partners... uk can do it now.. yeah vision lab is an amazing professional program but do you use one of the big film cameras? quality is great

  • I think 3 cameras were used on this overall. An HVX-200 was used for the greernscreen shoot - one of the Axis guys will have to fill you in on the rest. :)

  • aaah awesome thanks for the feed back :D

  • The rest was shot on a Z1.

  • i'm pretty sure we used a Canon XL1 in places.

  • the problem with cheap filming is that you have to use whatever you can grab, so we used a Z1 when it was available and an XL1 when it wasn't. Basically we got the best shots we could, when we could.

  • cool

  • You guys rock! Bring the show to Cambridge! :)

  • did you have to re-upload this??? O.o anyway its still great

  • Yeah, because the first version was missing a few key subtitles. :) This version is fixed.

  • yeah i noticed them :)

  • lol

  • that was funny!

    great video!
