Shit that's a fair haul for one loco. Amazing that it managed to make it up the Matata grade on its own. Its a proper motor killer that grade. Any idea why the second haul had to hit the anchors suddenly?
@HotForgeChaos - there was no real noise when the 2nd train stopped (except my jaw hitting the deck with surprise!) It sat there for a couple of minutes and then moved off.
I thought I heard that DFT 7049 was transferred to South Island later. Or is it still here at North?
