Boy, spot on, except that Spumco didn't use any backgorund music, a la the "Powdered Toast Man" adfs that JK did on Ren and Sitpy, stll hilairous..and excellent.

The commercial was made circa 1999, when most people used dial-up internet access. This one has the best sound I could find...
