  • Thanks for this video because i have felt bad everytime i would try and go raw but fail but knowing that i can take my time and it not be an all are nothing kind of thing but a life journey in stages makes me feel better and more sure thank again

  • This seems like very good advice -- feed your cravings when you feel you must, and take small steps. I've been eating gradually more and more living food for 4 years now. Sometimes I will revert back to old habits, but when I look at the "big picture," I see that each year I've increased my raw intake by almost 10%. Thanks for a good video!

  • So true. every time i go off the raw food lifestye, i get fatigued as if someone pulled the plug out of me and I feel dull and it does not taste as good as you imagined. The cooked foods are associated with good memeories.replacing them with fruits and veggies will ensure a better tomorrow! i promise! too many doin g it raw that can totally 100% testify it!   • sprouted, my man. soak for 4 hours a day, drain, then repeat the process. You end up with sprouts.

  • yeh, it's all subjective.. like me, i'm a scorpio & it's very very hard for me to do anything gradually because that means doing sumthing not all the way & i have to do all or nothing. i'm not good at balance. it's 100% raw & healthy or 100% the other way which is not healthy i realise

  • to be like that but i'm working on it. but some people definitely do good at transitioning gradually . it just depends on the person. for me, going back & forth is my 'transition' i'm becoming more & more prepared to make the right health decisions for myself. & it's all a discovery process..

  • Nonsense, most people do great by transitioning immediately. This information is as bad as telling someone to quit smoking gradually.

  • Thats true. I fed my craving one time and felt crappy an hour later. Also The cooked lasanga didn't taste as yummy as it used to after going raw for 8 months

  • I totally agree its yucky after just 30 days most foods taste terrible. I feel off the wagon. I got bored and now trying to restart again.

  • Yeah man, you nailed it! It's all about taking baby steps in your transition. That way, the change is more manageable, and maintainable. It's a wonderful journey, enjoy the ride. :D
