The terms afferent and efferent refer to axons arranged to send action potentials to or away from the CNS respectively. Of course, you would only be correct assuming info = action potential; signaling does in fact go both ways in an axon.

@cluelessinky u might think that write? but i know that for my college level class(im still in high school) that its gotten much harder since we do have all this technology... i seen the 1990 exams for college credit and those are simple but when i look on to the more recent exams it gets much harder and complicated but i support your idea that we have so much more potential... but it also makes it harder for us to obtain credit for what we learn if u get my point.
