After Effects Trapcode Starglow Tutorial

I have a trapcode for AE CS4... when everytime I place starglow to the text... not the others (e.g. 3d stroke, shine), it creates a red X over the composition...

when I remove it.. or remove the fx... its gone....

please help ^_^ tnx

@97espi it is because you are running the demo of the software,to remove it you have to purchase the software and insert a valid serial number in it.
