@grimeylad I agree. Great vocal. I don't think he did it on purpose. I'm not sure what key they're doing this in, but if we think of it in A minor, the progression should be Am--G/B(G first inversion)--C and so on. I'm not around an instrument but it sounds like he fudged the inversion and just made it a B minor chord instead. Some of it is intentionally dissonant though. It sounds like he's throwing a 9th into that Am for example.

I am in love with Stacy's voice. I have been ever since I first heard I Wasn't Prepared in 2005. In no way is that a knock against Sherri in the least. They both have amazing voices, but Stacy has the sweetness to her that melts me every time I hear it. I first heard this song a while back when they first put it out and was simply floored. I love the original, but I love this one even more.

Sorry, Eisley, that it didn't work out with your label. I'm upset that album #3 didn't materiaize. I can't understand what they couldn't see about you to better promote you. Your songs are melodic, and you're young and beautiful.

Not taking away from anyone else in the band, but Stacy's the most gifted. How ironic that she was rejected by her older sisters when she attempted to join them when she was 9. And now, she's their heart and soul.

You're not alone. I discovered Eisley just a couple of years ago and saw them on their tour with Mute Math. But they had been around years before then. What frustrates me is that the world still doesn't really know Eisley because Warner Bros refused to promote them. They were able to opt out of their contract only recently after trying for 2 years to leave WB. They deserved so much better. Please spread the word about Eisley.
