i used to have this headset, but i got a new one and it sucks. i was thinking about picking this one up again but i forgot what the sound quality is, would i be able to hear footsteps from the floor below or above me on black ops? or would i be able to hear footsteps around 30 feet away?
@TheBattylad and they're not mil spec. They wouldnt last 5 mins in battle. for one, the taliban will see you 5 miles away. But on the good side, youll hear the taliban laffing at you 5 miles away also.
For those who are rather stupidly asking: the 377 is NOT necessarily better than the 367 just because it is newer. It cones down to personal preference. The 367 has the closed ear design so it completely blocks out outside noises whereas the 377 has an open ear design so you can hear your surroundings. Personally, I like being more immersed in the game so the 367 is the only reasonable choice there.
How can you get the mic working so loud? I have trouble with the volume with the mic. In skype the others can hear me but when i record it is so damn quiet. I've already pushed the volume and boost up but it still doesn't work when recorded the sound. I don't know how loud the volume is to the people i talk to in skype but i can't hear much until i put the volumes up as possible. Then the background noise is also too much.
How could i get nice clean loud voice without the background noise?
@C4PT4inMcT4vish umm not its not there the exact same except that the 377 is an open ear design so you can hear more outside while your wearing it rather than them active like earmuffs and being totally emersed in the game and not being able to hear anything else haha so if you need to be able to hear your mum yelling at you she dosent get angry for you not replying then get the 377 which make it easier to hear other things
@gavinmac18 You don't need to install any drivers since it's not using a USB port, the wires will simply hook up to your Speaker and Microphone jacks, already predesigned to do this :] Hope I helped.
@MegaFoch My settings are just really default. I sometimes change the loudness of some of the sounds but nothing really much you can do to ruin the quality.
Is it the recording quality? maybe there is an issue with your sound card?
@k00th The problem comes from 48000hz dvd quality , but when i turn it higher , my voice is way better and when i say way better it really is crystal clear . but at studio quality the noise suppresion doesn't works at studio.
