  • what was up with flipping the switch at :28?

  • Awesome Buick, reminds me of my old '72. Sorry about your brother....

  • Sweet. I might be getting a 72 myself. It's funny in 71 and 72 the Chevelle got uglier and less desirable, but the Skylark improved.

  • beautiful

  • your transmission was not assembled right only one tire was spinning when you where burning ruber my skylark does that to its still fast

  • nice car, shes beggin for some posi though

  • @footytang It's a little tough to tell from the video but the car's got a nice limited slip rear in it.

  • @dvdocument it's not tough to tell....seemed to be working fine....

  • great video.

  • Great taste in cars, and I actually have this car, the only thing is I dont have the funds or skills to restore it...but oh would I love to

  • i just had a orgasm !!! car porn !!!

  • 3:38 DONUTS!!! YA!!!

  • Sorry to hear about your brother, never met him but seems to be a real nice guy, nice ride seems like he really new what he was doing when it came to buicks...Awesome job do you still have the car????

  • With the music and the car sounds like you are ready for a 70's car chase scene. haha Nice ass car though.

  • it looks very nice, very tough

are there some in circulation? what are the prises? perhaps i come someday in the usa and take me one of t

  • i just bought a 72 vinel top and the only thing uglier is my sea foam green paint job

  • very nice car now u just need smbdy that can drive it!

  • WOW......this car is the BOMB...!!!...what is the timing mark on it..thanks

  • very fond memories from 1977, wow was I lucky getting a five year old GS. Only thing missing was ''pass the joint'' and the hardest thing was keeping rubber on the car.

  • niice ride seem's alright i guess! = )

  • Very nice car and I agree with keeping it factory color because when you have an old car it should be kept fairly original I think. I have a Buick Skylark Custom that I just got in October and I kinda wish is it was factory color depending on what the factory color was. Skylarks are very sharp looking cars and good bit of get up and go with that Buick 350.

  • Grandpa? We called them "Sleepers". You have no idea how much money you could make running red light to red light with a sleeper. You get laughed at cuz you look stock & slow. His passenger gets in with you, complete with both drivers money in his hand, & away you go. When you are first to the next set of lights you take his money & kick him out. Grandpa my ass...

  • That's a nice ride. Your brother had great taste. I'm trying to get myself one of these!

  • The car is still in the family. Andrew left it to me (his brother), and it will never be sold.

  • I Like It!!! I LIke It!!!!!! Hey ..Do the cops miss with you all the time..?????Nice car

  • I Like It!!! I LIke It!!!!!!

  • I guess I'm the only person who likes the brown color. It's not like, dog-poo brown, it's kind of a golden cinnamon brown. Oh, and I'm sorry to hear about your brother. Whatever happened to the car if you don't mind me asking?

  • I met Andy at a cruise in and actually sat in this car. I'm just a little wider than he was and let me tell you, Those seats really grab you once you get in them. What did the family do with the car? The last time I saw him was after the Speedway spectacular show in about 2002 I believe. I had his number and called him and he came and met several of usat the after show cruise at the mall across the street. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Godspeed Andy

  • Check out more video of this car by searching under bonazzolimusic

  • For more footage of this car see the videos under Bonazzolimusic

  • That car is real tight! I like the contrast of the stock looking body with theose wheels. Is it a GS or did he add the GS hood?

  • @Jimmyess333 Hi Jimmy, he added the GS hood.

  • this car is gorgeous & handles like it's on rails.

    Enjoy it

  • my friend cory has one exactly like that...same color and everything...

  • real nice ride

  • I could die happy after a spin in that! sorry for you loss.

  • Was the transmission stock in this car? If I had this car, I'd never part with it.

  • It originally had a turbo 350. My brother converted it to a Doug Nash 5 speed manual. There was nothing he couldn't do with a car.

  • i love this car and you got the manual.. badass R.i.p... Andrew...

  • R.I.P to ur brother. nice car.

  • did he left you a car? if he did, then you should never sale that car. life sucks

  • Cool buicks for sure.. BURN OUTS :)

  • this car looks exactly like the Chevelle ss 454 one dont it !!

  • Beautiful car! I'm sorry about Andrew. I'm sure he really enjoyed that last ride in the Skylark!

  • nice ride but it looks so grandpa with that brown color

  • @pepe7oc what ever??

  • I agree. I always told him to paint it black but he insisted on keeping it the factory color.

  • @pepe7oc what are you talking about? That's actually a nice color

  • grate vid

  • sry for the loss of your brother and awsome car man, id continue to work on it and make it a beast maybe drop the big 455 in it

  • my condolences to you and your family for the loss of your loved one!!! Beautiful car!!! He will be missed and remembered!!!!

  • not to be an ass but thats actually a buick skylark gs

  • Unfortunately the car came from the factory as a normal Skylark. My brother added a hood from a GS when he started working on the car.

  • I know you cherish this video. I have a 71 conv. skylark 350-2 its pretty quick but I realy want that 09-2010 challenger srt8. I'm trying to sell mine and I'm catching hell! Its all original numbers matching and I got all five buick rallys. Do you think 10k is to much? look at my videos, its the 10 mim one.

  • Hey there, It's tough to tell from a video what your car is worth but being a convertible it's worth at least 7k if it's in really good shape. The market for classic cars is a bit haywire right now due to the economy so all you can do it list it and see what happens.

  • wow no bodyroll, nice editing, and i thought that was a 455!

  • Great video, and that car is just amazing!!

  • Sexy car! Im going to check out a 1971 Buick Skylark Custom 350-4barrell on Sunday. My dad had a 72 when i was growing up. Love those cars.

  • wow

  • Great car, I have my grandfather's 72 skylark that i am in the process of trying to restore. Great video and music, sorry to hear about your brother.

  • Good car!!!!!!

    -Stosa!

  • wow he sure did stiffen up that suspension! haha great car man.

  • Great car,in fact my very FIRST car was a Buick Skylark 1970,still in love with it

  • VERY nice Buick!! Sorry to hear about your brother. At least he got to experience American muscle while he was with us!

  • I met Andy in Ormond Beach after the speeday spectacular car show in about 2001 or 2. I've sat my much wider bottom in that car and it was cool. Fit like a glove. Andy preferred the handling aspect of newer cars so the Skylark had duraluminum bushings in the front and rear and giant by huge anti sway bars on it. Don't let the 3.08 gears fool you. The deep 1st gear of the DN 5 speed made it almost equivalent to a 3.73 and with the 1.1 5th gear it was almost overdrive for cruising. Godspeed Andy

  • nice car thanks I love these buicks

    good job....!!!!

  • All I can say is, The man had taste. Sweet Buick. God I love those things.

  • earth tones never looked better

  • That is 1 bad ass car

  • i was about to say.. if you didnt pop that clutch i was gonna be pissed.

  • Great car, man.

Could definitely tell it was your brother's pride and joy...

    Thanks for posting.

  • I'm getting ready to buy a 350 Buick motor to put in my 85 Cutlass. The longest stroke of all the gm small blocks. I'm afraid it might burn up my 200r4 transmission lol.

  • the torque of the 350 will not burn up the 200R4, that one is a lil toughter than the 200. The 200R4 is used in the Monte Carlo SS, Grandnational,Caprice and alot of other G body Cars.

  • Bad ass ride!!

was the manual a factory option? I want an early 70's skylark but I only drive stick.

  • The Manual is a Doug Nash 5-Speed manual. Originally the car had the GM Turbo 350 automatic.

  • nice ride bro. got myself a 78 skylark. work in progress

  • Sweet ride man!

  • hell yeah donuts were the best part

  • I was a passenger just once but it was ride to remember like no other.

  • Very cool. Tha car sticks like glue.

  • excellent

  • nice car sorry hes not there to enjoy it with you
