Eyeballing vodka _does_ get you drunk, as the body absorbs it through the mucous membrane. It is dangerous though and not worth it - It is much better just to administer it orally, as you do get drunk, and it does not damage your body to such extent.

And yes, you can absorb alcohol through the anus/vagina - and it will cause quicker intoxication as the alcohol will not be dilluted in by the gastric fluids.

The stomach have some sort of bacteria that dissolve a part of the alcohol and filter it so it make you juge how drunk you are because the effect isn't instant. Trough vagina or anus does not have the same effect and you can get into a coma pretty easy. But through the eye it does not work, it will only destroy your vision momently or permenantly.
