i went on it the first time this summer...though we the fist time we had to go fight after we ate!!! i thought i was gonna blow chunks.but i didn't and it was fun,the first drop was a lil scary for me..i luved it soooooooo much me and my friend went on it twenty times in a row, the guys who operated the coaster knew our names by the 6th time we went on.and like on the 8th time Emo's were sittin behind us everyone was soo scared so they sat in the front we were the only ones in the back with them

it took me a long time to go on it. My girlfriend went on it with me last year and she dosent really like costers. she only went on once but wants to do it again.

i went yesterday rode it like 10 times, its one of my favorites its not like sixflags when you either have to wait on lines or the rides are so fast you cant enjoy them.

I dont know how fast it goes but it is a "must ride" coaster. Playland has had some problems in the past and I hear a few rides are going to be changed. Not the Dragon Coaster thank goodness!!

I have ridden the Rye Playland Dragon Coaster many times in the last 30 years. I manage to ride it at least twice a year and often times I probably ride it nearly half a dozen times a season. I have ridden the "Cyclone" at Coney Island and it is quite a bit wilder than the Dragon Coaster. However, you do get good airtime after you get to the top of the first uphill climb after the first drop.

i tried this last year. I have only been to rye playland once and i rode this coaster 8-9 times on the same day... Its an okey coaster, but i perefer the cyclone .

Me too...The Cyclone is shorter, but it's way better...I like the Dragon though...
