Microsoft doesn't need advertising, since most people will buy their products anyway. They own like 90% of the market and ads would only bring like 0.5% more or something like that. There's so little to gain they don't even bother, especially since ads are expensive. But if you own 6% of the market and gain 1% more, it's a huge improvement.

cant you see that this is parody? microsoft may not be using the money for advertising, but theyre using it on some other stuff instead of fixing the errors and the problems. apple does a lot of more commericals because their os doesnt get so many erros (ive a mac AND a pc, and i rarely get an error on mac), and so, they can use the money to advertise mac. get it?
