@RK701997 there are lots of young people learning to crochet how else is the next generation going to learn and carry on the tridition tell them they are missing out on some major fun of making things. you can get patterns for free online just googl free crochet paterns and you got lots to do make your bookbag and then have them talk

Oh man, I had just decided today to give up trying to crochet and get rid of my hooks, but now you have got the wanting to learn going again. I have a ton of hooks, one has big as those big fat black markers teachers use for poster and such, and my mom has some of my grandmother's hooks that are so tiny. I have to try again. I think I am seeing what I did wrong. Must try again. Lovely tutorial hon. And I love your tote! Darn my need to be crafty and my love of yarn and fabric!!! Sigh ;-)
