IF you kick Goomboss in the head when you're behind him, a mega mushroom is released.

As Mario or Luigi, charge your run. Let's your run and, when you are on the board of the shadow, dive. I hope I help you! :)

To go under the stage: Charge your run, let's go and, when you touch a little bit the shadow, press A (if you're on boutton control).

To walk under water: Do the glitch Under the stage, go in the castle (by the door in the video). When you're in the castle, go outside and voilà!
