@MysticArksRevenge Why? Soundtrack aside, the gameplay is more refined, the scoring system is more refined, the graphics are better (I'm a sucker for that Naomi charm), and it includes a 4 player co-op mode.
@wip3outguy7 I see. I too think this is a great game, its just the soundtrack I don't really like. It kinda sounds more like a shooter made by Cave rather than a shooter made by Takumi.

Giga Wing 2 has nicer visuals due to being on the NAOMI system. Takumi hasn't made any shooters in a while, not since the PS2 game Giga Wing Generations (2004/2005).
As typical with most Capcom games... The Japanese voiceovers were removed in the Western release.

@wip3outguy7 Why? I don't really like how they changed the music from a hard rock soundtrack that the first one had to a orchestrated one.
