    Yes, its really good but you need to have some experience with bodybuilding to take full advantage of it.

    Yes, it is a great program but you need to be experienced to take full advantage of it. Its very hard but the gains are really good. I gained nearly 4kg in 4 weeks - have a look at BenPakulksi net (success stories - I am the first guy there)

  • if you smoke weed it can slow down your metabolism too or you can eat weed brownies if you don't smoke

  • Working out 1 hour before sleeping ?? This is nonsense and should be avoided at all costs if possible if you're a hardgainer and want to build muscle. It's hard to fall asleep an hour after training, post-workout meals are also vital and going into a catabolic state of sleeping during this time period would negate any chances of growth. It's hard enough for skinny guys to gain weight, especially with so much bad and useless misleading information that they are given.......like these videos.

  • 'Rule no.2 eat carbs and proteins.' Can you be more specific on what type of carbs to eat e.g. peanut butter etc. Could you please tell me and the rest of us what carbs and proteins to have. Many thanks, a true ectomorph

  • care to explain rule 3 : work out 1 hour before sleeping? If I workout before sleeping (even 2 or 3 hours before) I take forever to fall asleep and I don't feel rested the next day.

    Thats the downside of it... To fall asleep I use proper breathing techniques, which also help me sleep deeper. But if you are not able to fall asleep, then you can train a bit earlier (avoid mornings though). Good time is also around 1pm as your levels of testosterone are high...

  • @Fangen88 honestly, I try to workout while/right after the sun is setting. The goal is to hit the point of when your testosterone levels peak and use it during workout. I usually do that, the Glutamine right before bed, then wake up to 55g whey protein shake to help stimulate growth.

  • Eating Immediately after waking up isn't the smartest way to gain weight.

    And working out an hour before sleeping is also fallacious when it comes to weight gain. You see, working out anytime past 7:00 o'clock is extremely bad for your body granted that working out energizes your body, making it difficult to sleep at night (Sleep is VITAL.) Now, when you wake up, your body is in a conservation mode, so eating immediately after awakening jump starts your metabolism, which is last thing you want.

  • youve got to work with big weights and low reps....doing them slow and correct....the hard part is the meals... 4 5 time`s a day without snacks carbo and protein...especialy carbo to gain fast mass

    if u do that , your body and your heart rate ect will still be racing at a high pace,after a a intense workout, and it will be almost impossible to fall asleep, workout in the mid day, 12 noon to 1pm, giving ur self plenty of time to recuperate, Your like saying, run 5 miles before bed time lol. good one man.

  • Nice video bro. Another key step for ectomorphs on mass/weight is working out with compound exercices to failure.

  • I recomend mixing some carbs and protein (BCAA) into your "during workout" drink so you give your muscles the nutrients straight away when they need them... Then about 30 min after the workout eat some glycimic meal again, this will minimize the catabolic effect from the workout and will put you into anabolic zone...

  • Hey, at the moment I am fine-tuning a simple workout for guys that don't have time to go to gym... Should have it done within fef weeks... What weights/equipment do you have at home?

    For my home-workout you will only need a set of dumbels, gym ball and a pull-up bar.

  • Coz first time you get growth hormone spike when working out, then when you eat a meal with plenty of carbs and protein and then third time when you sleep - u basically tripple the growth hormone response so you wake up bigger the next morning ;-)
