He took a bunch of pills and sat on the couch with a note saying "take the lot" in very poor handwriting (he was unemployed but about to receive a small settlement). If he had died plenty of evidence would say his wife killed him. They argued, her brothers kicked his ass when he got out of line, he wasn't a drug user and she would have inherited his money. But he's alive and admits it wasn't attempted murder. If he had died the story would be different.

Until then I was perplexed as to why he was supposedly so productive (like promising his grandfather he'd fish with him) and in some interviews so happy, yet he supposedly killed himself very shortly thereafter. I knew a guy who tried to commit suicide. He took a bunch of pills and sat on the couch with a note saying "take the lot" in very poor handwriting (he was unemployed but about to receive a small settlement). If he had died plenty of evidence would say his wife killed him. They argued, her brothers kicked his ass when he got out of line, he wasn't a drug user and she would have inherited his money. But he's alive and admits it wasn't attempted murder. If he had died the story would be different.

2) Courtney wanted custody of their child because he was under the influence of drugs.
3) Kurt was left handed and the shot gun was in his right hand

5) There was no suicide note, it was clearly a note to all his fans that he is quiting the music business.

Until then I was perplexed as to why he was supposedly so productive (like promising his grandfather he'd fish with him) and in some interviews so happy, yet he supposedly killed himself very shortly thereafter. Bipolar explains that, and Courtney was a major junkie, as evidenced by this clip. I don't think she'd be able to kill Kurt any more than he could do it himself.

Instead, we have to look at the official explanation and see if it makes sence. What were these past suicide attempts? Did this info come from Courtney? Kurt wanted a divorce. He died in the process of a having a new will drawn up that would have excluded Courtney Love. They had a prenup. If the divorce was finalized Courtney would have walked away with only a meager portion of Kurt's wealth. Kurt killed himself. No evidence to prove murder:
-morphine in his blood 1.52mg: a lie by the seattle post intelligencer citing "a source".The autopsy is confidential.
-lack of fingerprints: bullshit, 6 fingerprint cards were lifted.
-the note: a washington state hanwriting forensic determined it was written by Kurt. What other experts with bad copies printed from the internet think is not legit. You need the original to see where the trace of a certain letter starts and ends, pressure, etc.

Courtney didnt kill Kurt. IT WAS A SUICIDE. Cut the shit people. The "evidence" that you talk about are conspiracies not proof. He was depressed, addicted to heroion, overdosed a shitload of times. Why would Courtney become hysterical when he left treatment? Why would he call her over a dozen times the day he dissapeared? And don't start the whole "Rome" ordeal because she didn't try to kill him then either. She's the one that called 911 and was under the influence of drugs too. RIP Kurt.

True Evidence: Kurt wrote a letter to leave band to spend time with his daughter with lots of $ that's the point. If he wanted to kill himsel& or ask Courtney to kill him, then the end result would be that he wouldnt beable to spend time with his daughter at all.Lets say that 2people were involved of Kurt's murder: it would still be mainly Courtney's fault bc it was all her idea. So 2would have consequences but Courtney Love with the major 1.

Since he wanted to be a father to Frances to much, to leave the band, then why would be end his life. He would of had left the music and his daughter.
