Well crime in some of these black neighborhoods is tied to drugs, which are tied to the CIA. Well crime in some of these black neighborhoods is tied to drugs, which are tied to the CIA. Now if you want real change to happen, people have to individually say I'm not gonna do the drugs or I'm not gonna pick up the gun and be violent. They need to get jobs. And if there are no jobs, it's the government's responsibility to help create jobs for these people. I'm sure there is SOMETHING they can do for jobs. Otherwise, just leave them.
