My 8 yr old sister us being bullied and she has told teachers but they don't do anything. I don't know what to do I hate hearing my sister say what she has said to her it makes me so angry I feel like I need to slap the bully but the bully is 8 too and I would NEVER hurt a little girl but she is hurting my sister what shall I do?
There is a girl in my class who's dad is the mayor. The teachers are afraid to discipline her. She has a group that she is friends with.The rest she is just mean to them.The teachers tell us that we will get detention for bullying. Katherine doesn't get disciplined. She gets whatever she wants from the teachers if she doesn't she will cry. In 4th grade she called a person fat and when the teacher got onto her she cried and she didn't get in trouble.
I am bullied by different people and the teachers can do nothing about sort it out yourself or bring ear plugs and put them in your ears so you can't hear what they say, sounds stupid but works!
I kno i use to get bullied to.But now a friend was about to and a kid was about to punch her but i stoped him before his hand got to her and its just because shes new.And then he punched meh....=.=
As a psychiatrist I support bullying wheather it be phsyical, verbal, or cyber bullying, because of bullying my business is booming, bullies destroy there victims self esteem and there parents pay me $400 a week to fix there child, btw I don't charge $400 a session, I charge $200 a session but make the sessions 2 times a week, I know it's unethical but I have bills to pay and kids to feed, so it's all good
@troybabii unfortunate reality is that the bullies are the popular kids with the friends, school was a LOSE-LOSE situation for me. either be the "cool kid" and pik on people, or be picked on because ur not cool.
Its amazing how kids ( and even adults ) can "Stop the Effects" of Bullying with Stillness ( or meditation, hobbies, etc ). although we cannot really stop bullying in today's society. However, reverting to the old system of corporal punishment, if used correctly, may reduce bullying to a point, Humanity is born uncivilized, and through love at home, discipline and education can one learn to be compassionate and understanding. Once a child becomes a bully, only radical changes can undo it.

But what you should do now is tell your mom and dad about it and let them take care of it and if they still dont do anything about it Havr you father call the police. IN the state I live in Bulling is a major NO NO. Here you can takea person to court and sue them for bulling but you have to prove it.
The same thing to me. I got scars on my arm from a girl scratching me, and she didnt get a detention or anything. and the school ingored everthing, it's stupid how they say ' Dont bully!" And they do nothing about it.
u should be able to take them behind the school and wipe the pavement with their face and stop the bullying all together.
