in 1980 at this track my dad in a carrera RSR got tapped from behind by a 935 in the fast section of the track Turns 1-2-3 and did about 5 barrel rolls. This "was" one fast track. Hope to see the rest of the race soon!

I will never have enough horsepower until I can spin the rear wheels in top gear at the end of the straightaway. (Mark Donohue)

The current Laguna Seca has the Andretti Hairpin and a couple of more corners.
