  • I am sick of people picking on sick people for a quick buck. Yes, obesity is a physical ailment and hard to control. People mock overweight people for something they often can barely help if at all. However this is full proof! Work hard and eat only foods that aren't rich in carbs and fat. Protein can be used for muscle and muscle helps burn fat. If you have lots of muscle you have to supply it with nutrients instead of storing it. Think about it.

  • and I am doing great, there is no dang secret! Ask any personal trainer, I don't need to sell you an ebook to make this point. Cook chicken breast, eat green beans and other legumes instead of potatoes. Lean Meat, little to no bread, and lots of veggies diet. Remember corn and beans make a full chain of amino acids to form a muscle building protein. Try corn tortillas (55 calorie each), pulled baked chicken, bbq sauce, 1/2 can of beans for lunch. Walk 5 times a week.

  • Easier answer than the nonsensical calculator. You really need to eat 1200-1800 calories at least 5 days a week and maybe 2000-2200 a couple of days a week to keep your body guessing.

The point is, burn more than you eat. Sorry but that calculator claims I need like 3000 calories a day to lose weight and it is garbage because even at my weight and height I would still be able to eat way more than I lose weight with (even while working out) at 90! Started this new "Eat the right things" diet

  • im going to quote something that inspired me within your video. "take care of your body, its the only place you have to live" :) and thanks this was a great help
