Turner (Time Warner) should do what they did with TCM & make TCC (Turner Classic Cartoons) or something like that. It'd probably be internet-based, but it'd have all the old nostalgia, including the promos, events, bumpers, & movie presentations from throughout Cartoon Network's goodness. Similar to how the point of TCM is to bring you back TV & film memories (presuming you've been alive in the early 20th century), they should do that for us, the viewers.
