I have this phone, piece of shit. It always freezes up and randomly dials numbers. The battery dies within 5 hours too. I've sent it in numerous times and At&T sends it back claiming it's fixed even though they just wiped out my entire phone and didn't "fix" anything. Only thing good about it is the keyboard and the camera. It will work for the first few months, then everything starts going wrong. DON'T BUY IT!!!

I have this phone. It's a FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT. The design is cool; the phone is durable and there's NOTHING WRONG with how it's designed with the "keyboard on the back." The screen is durable and the phone feels comfortable. Unfortunately, it crashes, freezes, restarts, freezes again, moves slowly, takes a century to show contacts; it's just a piece of trash. You type on the keyboard, put it down, watch GONE WITH THE WIND, come back and it starts keying in your entry. PIECE OF SHIT.

I've had this phone for a year now and it's been giving me nothing but problems. Not only is the battery life really bad, it tends to crash and restart for no reason. After a month of using it, it started to lag, taking me at least a minute to load my messages.

i hate this phone! i had it and erysince i had it it gave me problems. i desperately needed a new phone and i am regretful. ppl always tell me that they can never hear me. it freezes and randomly shuts down on its own. it gets very hot. the battery is terrible. its slow and it doesn't have access to the FULL COMPLETE android market. so u cant have any of those familiar apps that all ur friends are giggling at the lunch table about.

i had this for a few weeks and when I updated it to 2.1 it would restart itself every 3 hours or so and it was very sluggish but I loved the form factor and design. I ended up switching to an iPhone 3GS. Despite what other people say, iPhone is not for gays and wannabes. It's actually a reliable phone. I can't say that for the 4 but the 3GS is as awesome as the backflip and my old but broken HTC Aria.

The keyboard being on the back make it to where the phone doesn't need two screens, also saving the battery (not that it has a good battery anyways) Plus it makes it to where it is always a touchscreen unlike the env touch with a non touch screen on the inside.

Also, Motorola is very flaky about giving updates or information on any upcoming software upgrade/updates. I recommend checking the forums for the Motorola Cliq and the Motorola Backflip, both of which where promised upgrades in these products initial marketing campaigns. The Cliq was promised an upgrade to 2.1 MONTHS ago.

I have this phone. Like many people say, it lacks in speed and performance, but makes up in a kickass design. This a good phone for teenagers who mostly love to text and take pictures. The downfall is that the vibrate is so loud, it's almost like a beep (So no texting in class! D:)

Okay, i have this phone. Its a grrrreattt phone. It works very well, and it does not freeze for me..at all. The keyboard is really easy to type with, and the size and shape is easy to hold and type with. This phone is great! And what i also like about it is that whenever you take a picture, you can see yourself! hehe GREAT PHONE. I definitley recommend!!! (:

I'm not sure if the charge would last that long but there are options with the battery where you can change how you want the phone to perform and that effects battery usage. There's performance mode, smart mode, and battery saver mode. Also it takes a while to charge too. Overall I recommend it.
