@AtemKing Hes probably referring to how teenage gohan was a giant let down after the awesome ssj2 gohan that annihilated Cell. It was kind of a letdown that after finnaly unleashing his true power, Gohan went back to his old personality and actually became weaker till Elder Kai unleashed him again.

Actually, Garlic Jr. Despite the song's name, this song never ended up playing during the Frieza Saga. The Garlic Jr. Saga is where it made its debut, and then it made its way into the Cell Saga.
