As a bartender, we know who is next, who is most convenient to serve, or who we fucking want to serve... "The polite guy" when asked what he wants, always has to look at the person or persons next to him (usually some chick he wants to bang) and say, "is it your turn, have you been helped?"

I'm like, "fuck whit, I'm the bartender, ill tell you when you're being served, AND you just lost your turn to order and I'm not helping the person you were being polite to

If ever you feel you're waiting too long to get a drink at a bar, don't blame the bartender, blame the idiot guy who asks 'whats good?' when you go over, or the chicks who need to confer with the whole group before ordering and then want to all pay separately, or the guys who want to have a conversation with the bartender instead of just telling them wtf they want, or the guy who orders and then spends 5 minutes looking for money....argh
