Bravo, jeune homme !
Thank you from a 70 year old organist. God has blessed you and we are blessed to see and hear you. Only one question. Have you ever played a modern pipe organ that is not tracker action? Once again thank you and God bless you.
Hello, I just want to say you that you give peace in the way you play, of course is a BACH work, but your style is so nice.
Sometimes in the churches the Organ bring you more peace than the words from the Altar, because is a non spoken language, but we all understand... all it's about feelings.
BIG CONGRATULATIONS, and 5 stars for you my friend!
Thanks for your wonderful video and God bless you ;)
Kijk, nieuwe talent!

This is a charming piece which I have played often myself. Unfortunately your performance was rather dull and lacking full of numerous inaccuracies. And not helped by the dull registration your using.
Greate job! Till hearing of this piece in your performance I have neglected it. Could you please inoform which stops have you used to play this piece?
@maartendas God is no man, He is an immense being of Eternal Truth, crying is a show of weakness and a loss of control of our emotions. I agree with you that He does have emotions, but crying is a human thing only.
Hey man! Just wanted to compliment you on your playing. I enjoy whenever you post. I'm actually teaching myself this song right now. I don't have any formal training on the organ yet, but I wish I did because I envy your talent. Merry Christmas!
@Hautbois8

Bach is God.... God bows to Him.

@marcellny man, if Bach heard you say that, he would have ripped you up and fed you to the dogs!

Musik like this is so meditating. Sounds like a trumpet accompanying the flutes. This is absolutely GREAT!

Your spirituality comes through in this piece especially. You could not play this way without a connection to your Creator.

Talented, musical, sensistive.
A good start!
The registration fits with the text.
Sometimes an Octaav 4 played an octave lower "sings" better than a Prinzipal 8.
I should tell you that Bach wrote a split common time signature (alla breve) so you should feel half-notes, not quarter-notes.
Remember too that after the prelude, the congregation will sing, so the tempo should not be too far removed from singing speed.
Keep up the good work.

Prachtig orgelgelspel.
