@DjUmKuE Oblivion is such a long game.. and most gamers such as myself doesnt have the patience to use 80% of the time it takes to complete the game by travelling and solving stupid puzzles..

I pretty much use moveotoqt thru the whole game + side quest since i simply cant take all that travelling.. jeez o.o

thanks man! I eventually found out....I fixed my problem with this quest as well! I have a PS3 and I got the uncommon problem with " a brush with death". I managed to fix it by kicking the ass of the painter and moving him away from were he was...when he woke up, I spoke with him and he managed to open the gate! hehe...regards!
