Unofortunately there's not enough affordable ones in my area, my own suite just rose to half a million, which makes it harder to invest in a new home.
Luckily my parents are in property investment/ownership.
The pricing will come down. For people who say the housing market will be a perminant boom are nuts. The bubble will burst, and me as a 21 year old who have no way to afford a house right now I will wait. The collapse in the US right now is a prime example.
