@fstms3 FYI smega is a naturally occuring substance in both sexes. If you despise it so much then why not circumcise your daughters as well? Your women already know the solution to unwanted smegma: a shower. This is simply a matter of personal hygeine, and if someone doesn't wash themselves on a regular basis then they will probably have bigger problems than smegma.

As for 'disease', the rates of STIs and UTIs in 'uncut' Europe are no higher than in the circumcised USA.

It is not a rule of the holy Bible.  If you are a Jew, your covenant with God is to circumcise your son on the 8th day of his life. If you are any other religious faction that adheres to the Bible - i.e. Christian- than there is NO obligation for you to circumcise. In fact the Vatican issued a statement decalring that infant circumcision was a morally unjust mutilation.
