very nice frame job,you can tell you have quality in mind, every thing is straight,

hope you got some help in parts of the heavy lifting, if you do more framing try putting your top plate on before you raise the wall, and if you think about it go ahead and lay it out too, saves a lot of time ( but you probably already know that, )good luck in all your project's Al

There is no need for that many bridging blocks, how long before you realized your joist need cuts at each end or they will stick out into the roof?

I did the bridging blocks to have a surface to screw the ends of the sheetrock to. I used 4x8 sheets. And I knew the joist ends needed to be cut. I just chose to cut them after they were in place. Whatever, my first time, you know... we don't all choose the same paths to the end. Maybe next time I'll cut them first??

hmm is that standard for most ceiling joists? are they 16in apart or so?

yes, they are 16" apart on center.
