a tool called liquify in photoshop! just photoshopped each frame individually :)

yeah it was only about 70 frames but believe me it took ages!, I wanted to do something a bit cooler, like with a happy birthday remix, but I panicked with the amount of time i had left heh! totally got a friend when you said that lol
