how much water to mix in?

You melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little bit of coffe on low heat.

Then you mix unsalted butter whit sugar until it`s creamy, then add one egg at a time. Add the chocolate mixture in to the egg and sugar.

Then sift baking powder and flour.

Mix well!

Pour it into a form : )

Set it into the oven on 180 celsius in mabye a hour :)

CAKE

3-Put one Egg at the time (egg, mix, egg, mix, egg....etc).

4-Pour the chocolate and coffe, it must be at a medium temperatuer.

5-Flour and Baking Powder is poured through the "wire pot thing"(don't know what it's called).

6-Mix it all really good toghter.

7-Put in the Orange Peel.

8-Lay Parchment Paper at the bottom of the form.

9-Set it in the oven at 180*C/ 350*F) from 45 to 60 minutes.
