I like this. If Graves joined it would be basically a Misfits reunion minus Jerry Only. I'm a Fiend for life but I would enjoy seeing this reunion because Jerry just can't sing.

Sounds fucking creepy graves would have givin that Erie sound the album needed. Yea it's soft but it's a demo. All Doyle would have to say is to mike is the 2 magic words (American psycho) and the album would have been insane!

dude if he didnt try to do the jazz he coudl of totaly pulled this off, but when my band opened and gooslby was singing he did a kickass job, i still think danzig should do this it'd be kick ass cuz they coudl totaly do half of old fits set instead of gravsfits
he's way too jazz singer on this record. the GF material is a little heavy and dark. a lot of the songs require more hushed or overtoned singing whereas graves puts a lot of feeling into his singing and reaches. Basically he sings higher keys than GF needs in order to sound good.
to goolsbys defense, the songs hes singing suck (GF songs) and he just isnt that type of singer. and graves songs are just songs that only graves can pull off right. the new GF im expecting to be really good because goolsby had a big hand in writing it and will have vocals that fit him more. listen to blitzkid. he can sing

Everybody could get along if Michale would quit spreading rumors and untrue shit about the other guys. If any graves fans believe the bullshit he spreads, well you are as lame as Michale is. Michale is washed up and no one wants to play in a band with him anymore and he is bitter, that's why he talks shit.
Personally, I like this better than what I've heard from GF, but you know, It's Doyle's thing, and if he didn't want Michale, then so be it, you know? Michale's got his thing, so it's all gravy. It's good to hear the two comined, though, I must say.

Graves sounds JUST AWESOME as usual ... still happy that he does solo, as now we hear HIS stuff, not somebody else's. But he could visit sometimes GF =)
I don't know how Goolsby sounds with the band because I haven't seen them live. But if they weren't gonna go with Graves they should've gone with Myke Hideous on the album imo.
I haven't heard GF live yet, but the vocals on the album are kind of annoying, in my opinion. I'd rather Michale sing for them. No offense to Argyle, he's a good bassist, but leave the vocals to the vocalists. Plus, Michale's great live. Great stage presence, great voice, rarely runs out of air.
I like this better than the Landon guy (who is he anyway). I know they got the Blitzkid dude now. I like the production on this better too, it very raw, sounds good. This would have been a great band IMO. But I guess, for one thing, Chud and Graves don't get along no more... I dunno what Doyle thinks of Graves these days.
CHUD and Graves were fine, they had a side project going. But then Only stuck his nose in it, and CHUD dropped out. Michale tried to release the music because it was his lyrics, CHUD sued because it was his music. Sucks too, because the music is extremely badass, but nobody will ever hear it. Jerry Only hates fiends and loves dollars. He is everything that is wrong in music.
that's interesting, because that's not at all what Graves told me when I asked him. You wanna site a source, or just keep spewing shit that you don't know about? Chud wrote the music. Graves handled the lyrics. Chud sued graves for trying to release the album. That's what happened.

No, that's not at all it. Jerry Only refuses to let anyone talk about Graves. In interviews, or even just talking to fans. He was supposed to be the lead singer, then Only got his nuts all twisted. If you got your info from a good source you'd know that too.

Thank god Michale Graves didn't become the singer. That is horrible. He is way of time and rythm. (I know I probably spelled rythm wrong so I will wait to here the comments about that too). Anyway, Graves needs to give it up. He don't have it anymore.
I really like Graves. I really like Gorgeous Frankenstein. I really don't like Graves singing for Gorgeous Frankenstein. I thought Landon was pretty bad but then I heard this. Graves has a great voice but not for THIS particular project. I'm glad they didn't go with him as their singer. What's good seperately, sometimes turns bad when it's combined.
Yes, Landon is the one singing on the album. To me, it just sounds like he was trying too hard... I don't like when singers strain to sound like something they're not.
the album version is way better to me.More metal, also Landon Blood did a great job with the vocals You gotta remember that he would have done whatever sound that Doyle and Glenn wanted,and that is what they wanted(well at that time)hence releasing the album with Landon Blood and not Graves. I personally know Landon Blood and know that he is a very versatile singer,if Glenn and Doyle wanted punk, pop-punk or horror punk he would have delivered that.

Graves isn't too bad, but this type of music needs a lower vocalist. Graves' voice is too high pitched. In this track it sounds sorta like he's singing on helium.
I'm a big fan of Graves, but it doesn't sound good on this track. The song has a swing to it, ala Evil Elvis. If he'd been given some coaching, maybe. The original vocals aren't all that great either. They sound muddy, but at least they have the right "style" for the song. I'd actually like to hear was Goolsby does with them.
Actually, I have heard several rumors about Michale being the singer and Doyle being at least a guest guitarist on the new Misfitsp album... How true it is remains to be seen, but one can only hope...

I love the misfits, but doyle was always my favorite out of all the lineup's.
Im sure A LOT of people can agree with me on that.
Im glad everyone has their own projects and shit, but i wish doyle, jerry, and graves would get together.

why graves? danzig's music was way more popular than graves, and he's the original founder of misfits.
Graves music is great, but it ticks me off that people call it Misfits. It's a whole new band. Danzig was misfits, he wrote every song.

Graves sounds JUST AWESOME as usual ... still happy that he does solo, as now we hear HIS stuff, not somebody else's. But he could visit sometimes GF =)

I don't know how Goolsby sounds with the band because I haven't seen them live. But if they weren't gonna go with Graves they should've gone with Myke Hideous on the album imo.

I haven't heard GF live yet, but the vocals on the album are kind of annoying, in my opinion. I'd rather Michale sing for them. No offense to Argyle, he's a good bassist, but leave the vocals to the vocalists. Plus, Michale's great live. Great stage presence, great voice, rarely runs out of air.

I like this better than the Landon guy (who is he anyway). I know they got the Blitzkid dude now. I like the production on this better too, it very raw, sounds good. This would have been a great band IMO. But I guess, for one thing, Chud and Graves don't get along no more... I dunno what Doyle thinks of Graves these days.

I saw an interview, Doyle and Graves get along fine. The only real bad blood is between Graves and Jerry Only. Not sure about CHUD though.

CHUD and Graves were fine, they had a side project going. But then Only stuck his nose in it, and CHUD dropped out. Michale tried to release the music because it was his lyrics, CHUD sued because it was his music. Sucks too, because the music is extremely badass, but nobody will ever hear it. Jerry Only hates fiends and loves dollars. He is everything that is wrong in music.

No, that's not at all it. Jerry Only refuses to let anyone talk about Graves. In interviews, or even just talking to fans. He was supposed to be the lead singer, then Only got his nuts all twisted. If you got your info from a good source you'd know that too.

Thank god Michale Graves didn't become the singer. That is horrible. He is way of time and rythm. (I know I probably spelled rythm wrong so I will wait to here the comments about that too). Anyway, Graves needs to give it up. He don't have it anymore.

I really like Graves. I really like Gorgeous Frankenstein. I really don't like Graves singing for Gorgeous Frankenstein. I thought Landon was pretty bad but then I heard this. Graves has a great voice but not for THIS particular project. I'm glad they didn't go with him as their singer. What's good seperately, sometimes turns bad when it's combined.

the album version is way better to me.More metal, also Landon Blood did a great job with the vocals You gotta remember that he would have done whatever sound that Doyle and Glenn wanted,and that is what they wanted(well at that time)hence releasing the album with Landon Blood and not Graves. I personally know Landon Blood and know that he is a very versatile singer,if Glenn and Doyle wanted punk, pop-punk or horror punk he would have delivered that.

Graves isn't too bad, but this type of music needs a lower vocalist. Graves' voice is too high pitched. In this track it sounds sorta like he's singing on helium.

I'm a big fan of Graves, but it doesn't sound good on this track. The song has a swing to it, ala Evil Elvis. If he'd been given some coaching, maybe. The original vocals aren't all that great either. They sound muddy, but at least they have the right "style" for the song. I'd actually like to hear was Goolsby does with them.
