To be President of the USA, Obama must be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USAand it requires two conditions:

1) Obama must be born in the USA.

2) Obama's parents MUST BOTH be American citizens.

Obama's father was NEVER an American citizen!!!!!

@RocketeerAndRoll: It *is* a factual crime to falsify citizenship or to falsely pretend a fact of non-citizenship is unquestionable, when the Constitution requires a candidate to be a "natural-born citizen" (understood in the nomenclature of the time to mean born to a mother and father -- both of whom are citizens [whether natural-born or naturalized]). The birth certificate posted at the White House pages is obviously fraudulent. If he didn't know he was in the wrong, he'd prove otherwise.
