The point? It's just .. one of, if not the most, advanced humanoid robot out there. It has face and objection recognition, stabilizers to reduce being knocked over and such, and weight displacement for different surfaces. The fact that it knows to distribute it's weight pressure on uneven ground and to distribute weight accordingly in order to not get pushed over is a huge leap. Add in that it can differentiate between people and different objects is pretty high up there, too.

The actual robot is flipping amazing! The head is a little off putting, and the voice is a tad irritating, but everything else about this thing was pretty much amazing!

I have to say though, the digital robots that were spliced between the actual footage shouldn't be there, imho. But that's a nitpick.

I can't wait to see what kinds of bots evolve from this design!
