That's far from treason, its one of the main "safeties" in the constitution imo. If a state gets fed up enough with the Government, it can just leave and do everything on its own. Hell, the Civil war wasn't truly even about the southern states seceding, it was to prevent the spread of slavery. A state is well within its constitutional rights to secede.

And maybe I don't need to wonder why we're here. My belief is that we are born, we live until we die and then rot. I think it's hard for some people to face that because it's so much more comforting to imagine a guy with a long white beard in the sky looking after us. But I'd never want to take comfort in a fairy tale.

Guidelines were circulated on how to disrupt town hall meetings centered around the reform and shout down it's proponents. Every other civilized country has much cheaper health care, but the idea is so frightening that tea baggers don't even want it explained. And they carried signs to rallies printed from grass roots-looking sites which were really financed by health care lobbyists.

That's far from treason, its one of the main "safeties" in the constitution imo. If a state gets fed up enough with the Government, it can just leave and do everything on its own. Hell, the Civil war wasn't truly even about the southern states seceding, it was to prevent the spread of slavery. A state is well within its constitutional rights to secede.
