  • I am not doing what you do in this video, I'm jumping, dancing and stretching to your great motivational words, and I play this video twice. Finally some realistic and positive video on youtube! (instead of all the body shaping crap with thin chicks doing moves which can't be done by a big girl, they simply don't know how it is - technically and feeling-like)

    I do this for 30-40 mins 6 times a week, since Jan. and I lost 4lbs so far. 18 more to go :)

  • @paladinsasuke yea man, just 1 day. I did this the moment after I woke up before eating breakfast. Rested for 8 minutes, and then did it again. Then I took like a 10 minute rest and did his jumping jacks video twice in a row. (all in the morning). I did this one more time at night with more jumping jacks. I also ate fruits with every meal and drank cold water more than usual. It really helped. Loving this workout.

  • hey man i've got another question for you, i posted on a video a while ago. anyways my question is i've been doing your treadmill work out ( run for 10 sec, stop for 10 sec for 10 minutes) i do this on incline 14 and speed 7mph, and i was wondering if this 20 minute work out would burn more fat than doing the treadmill work out? thanks man i really appreciate all your videos i'm trying really hard to lose weight it's very nice to have someone like you do all this for free to help people

  • I got it right now I'm 15 weigh 190 pounds I know that prolly not much I'm 5 ft 10 but I'm trying to hit 170 or somewhere around that I'll be happy when I do. Thanks man this helps alot ive been trying to find a legit program to loose 20 pounds and I've found it I finished this sprinting for half the video then jogging the other half hopefully I get results fast thanks again bro.

  • Ok this is awesome! the little breaks in between are great because they give you a little boost to keep on going :) I just turn on my Ipod and I'm set. Running back and forth also provides a little breeze when yourtemperature goes up, so much better then Cardio Intervals in one spot. Thanks again :P

    I started doing all this man's workouts 2 years ago, and they worked GREAT. In the last year or so because of school and everything I lost the motivation to exercise but I'm looking to getting back into shape again. But 2 years ago i saw a ton of success from this guy's workouts. So yes, it works and it legit.

  • @afgbeast5 It depends on your current weight. You can Google weight loss calculators to figure out how many calories you should eat to lose weight. If you have a smart phone or iTouch, there's an app called My Fitness Pal that tells you how many calories you need to eat. It is a really helpful app.

    Be sure to switch up your workouts though or else your body will get used to the workout and it won't be as effective.

  • i like how its interval, i prefer those over aerobic exercises. im pretty sure i said that right hahaha. i do turbo jam but i decided to try this out and it did make me sweat a decent bit, around the same amount if i did the 20 min workout from turbo jam, maybe a bit more. haha i like how its about looking good naked :P the only thing you should be aware about in this video is to not trip up and dont go around in a oval motion it made me dizzy. good job inshape4u!! :)
