In the Forbidden Jungle, there should be an entrance to the Precursor Forbidden Temple (Keira tells you about it when you talk to her). If you go in there, explore a bit, and kill the plant inside, then the blue eco vents will be turned on. :]

jak 3 is easyer cause you have:more guns!

transform into dark jak when you have any amount of dark eco!

you have light jak!!

go to the forbidden jungle and go into the temple unlock the blue eco vents and then at the beach there is a blue eco jumper so you can get over there as showed in this video

Yes, I mean jak X. Also, In the third game daxter finds out he's a precursor. The only thing that I'm still wondering after finishing that game is why doesn't daxter have any powers of a precursor.
