There was 2 seconds in between the puck leaving Horton's stick and Rome hitting Horton. It's a 3 second rule. As for him getting knocked out cold + concussion was from him landing on his head. His head may have been down but this is the NHL if you driving down the center of the ice with the puck into the opposing zone, your gunna get nailed, keep your head up. this isnt house.
